AN ORDINANCE APPROVING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 2, SERIES OF 1989 OF JANDIG BARANGAY COUNCIL PROHIBITING TO GATHER FIREWORDS, SLAGO, ( SYAPO ), COCONUT FRUITS, NITO, SING-ID OR ANYTHING WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE OWNER.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec. 1 – That the Barangay Ordinance of Jandig, Maribojoc, Bohol was submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval.

Sec. 2 – That after a careful study and deliberation, it was found out that the proposed ordinance is in order and within the power of the barangay.

Sec. 3 –That the provisions of this ordinance is hereby approved by the Sangguniang Bayan after a thorough deliberation.

Sec. 4 – That this ordinance takes effect upon receipt of this approval.
