APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P145,000.00 OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, C.Y. 2000 FOR THE SIGNING BONUS OF THE RANK AND FILE EMPLOYEES OF THE LGU-MARIBOJOC, BOHOL PURSUANT TO THE LOCAL BUDGET CIRCULAR NO. 2000-19 DATED DECEMBER 15, 2000 ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1 : Appropriation and Source: The amount of One hundred forty five thousand pesos (P145,000.00) out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, C.Y. 2000 is appropriated as Supplemental Budget C.Y. 2001 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2 : Purposed: The amount of One hundred forty five thousand pesos (P145,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the Signing Bonus of the Rank and File employees at P5,000.00 each pursuant to the Local Budget Circular No. 2000-19 dated December 15, 2000 issued by the Department of Budget and Management.

SECTION 3 : Sponsorship and Deliberation: This Appropriation Ordinance was sponsored on mass Motion by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan present and was deliberated during the regular session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayan.

SECTION 4 : Effectivity: This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon
approval.
