APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P100,000.00 OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, C.Y. 2000 FOR THE ADDITIONAL WAGES OF CASUAL EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER’S OFFICE/MUNICIPAL AGRICULTURAL OFFICE AND THE OFFICE SUPPLIES OF THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR AND SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OFFICE IN THE LGU-MARIBOJOC AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET, C.Y. 2001.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1 : Appropriation and Source: The amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, C.Y. 2000 is appropriated as Supplemental Budget, C.Y. 2001 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2 : Purpose: The amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the additional wages of the casual employees of the Municipal Treasurer’s Office/Municipal Agricultural Office and the Office supplies of the Office of the Mayor and Sangguniang Bayan Office in the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol for the items, to wit:

a.) P50,000.00 – for the wages of two (2) casual employees of the Municipal Agricultural Office and one (1) casual employee in the Municipal Treasurer’s Office.

b.) P25,000.00 – for the office supplies of the Office of the Mayor
P25,000.00 – for the office supplies of the Sangguniang Bayan _________ Office. P100,000.00 – total appropriation for different expenditures

SECTION 3 : Sponsorship and Deliberation: This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on mass motion by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan present and was deliberated during the regular session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayan.

SECTION 4 : Effectivity: This appropriation ordinance is retroactive from July to December, 2001.
