APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P170,261.50 OUT OF THE DISPERSAL FUNDS OF THE MUNICIPAL AGRICULTURAL OFFICE, FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO CARABAOS AND SEVERAL NUMBERS OF GOATS FOR BREEDING AND DISPERSAL PURPOSES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL, C.Y. 2001.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan, that:

SECTION 1 : Appropriation and Source: The amount of P170,261.50 out of the dispersal funds of the Municipal Agricultural Office is appropriated as Supplemental Budget, C.Y. 2001 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2 : Purpose: The amount of P170,261.50 out of the dispersal funds of the Municipal Agricultural Office is hereby appropriated for the purchase of one male and one female carabaos and several numbers of goats for breeding and dispersal purposes in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol, C.Y. 2001.

SECTION 3 : Sponsorship and Deliberation: This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on mass motion by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan present and was deliberated during the regular session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayan.

SECTION 4 : Effectivity: This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon
approval.

Let copies be furnished, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol thru the Provincial Budget Office, Tagbilaran City for approval.
