AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE SCHEDULE RATE OF FEES AT PUNTA CRUZ HISTORICAL WATCH TOWER DEVELOPMENT AND PARK.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: For the maintenance of the Punta Cruz Historical Watch Tower Development and Park, there shall be minimal fees to be collected as an entrance fee for individual and other fees for the use of the facilities of the park.

SECTION 2: That a maintenance will be hired and the appointed by the Municipal Mayor.

SECTION 3: That the following schedule rate of fees be implemented at the Punta Cruz Historical Watch Tower Development and Park

A. For Kiosks
1. starting amount of bidding —————- P 500.00
2. monthly rental of bidding —————- 50.00
B. For Picnic sheds —————- 5.00
C. Entrance fee for individual —————- 0.30
D. For vehicles
1. all passenger bus, fiera, cars, passenger
truck, truck de car, automobile, jeep
and the like —————- 1.00
2. pedicab, motor cab —————- 0.50
3. motor —————- 0.25

SECTION 4: Any person or group of persons who will be using the back entrance of the Development Park will be charged the same amount of entrance for individual.

SECTION 5: Any person who violates this ordinance shall be fined of not less than P50.00 or an imprisonment of not less than 5 days or both at the discretion of the court.

SECTION 6: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
