BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, in session duly assembled, that:

SECTION 1: DEFINITION OF TERMS:

a) Legal Assistance – payments from public funds the cost of legal advice or proceeding.

b) Barangay Official – person/s holding a position of authority or trust in a barangay which include the Sangguniang Pambarangay Members, Tanods and Lupong Tagapamayapa Members, Barangay Treasurers and Secretaries.

SECTION 2: APPROPRIATION AND SOURCE: The amount P 25,000.00 is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, C. Y. 1999 of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3: PURPOSE: The amount of P 25,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the al A Assistance to Barangay Officials mentioned above.

SECTION 4: SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION:
This appropriation measure is sponsored by Mass Motion and deliberated as well by the members present.

SECTION 5: EFFECTIVITY: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
