APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P366,799.73 OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, C.Y. 1999 FOR THE MONETIZATION OF LEAVE CREDITS OF THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET, C,Y, 2000 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: APPROPRIATION AND SOURCE: The amount of P366,799.73 is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, C.Y. 1999 for the monetization of leave credits of the Municipal Officials and Employees.

SECTION 2: PURPOSE: The appropriation measures is for the monetization of leave credits of the Municipal Officials and employees in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol for C.Y. 2000 in the following scheme, to wit:

For the Municipal Officials:
a.) 15 days to be monetized

For Rank & File Employees:
a.) 30 days to be monetized

SECTION 3: REQUESTING PARTY: The appropriation ordinance was requested by the Municipal Officials and employees of LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 4: SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION: This appropriation ordinance was sponsored by Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members in their session duly assembled.

SECTION 5: EFFECTIVITY: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
