SECTION 2: Purpose: The amount of P 17,759,931.92 is appropriated for salaries/wages of Municipal Officials and Employees and for the operation of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol, C.Y. 2001 .

SECTION 3: Requesting Party: The appropriation ordinance was requested by the Local Chief Executive and its Officials and employees of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 4: Sponsorship and Deliberation: The appropriation measure was sponsored on Mass Motion by the SB Members and was duly deliberated by the SB Members and was duly deliberated by the SB Members present..

SECTION 5: Effectivity: This ordinance shall take effect on January 1, 2001.
