AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED PESOS (P600.00) FOR THE BALIKATAN SA KAUNLARAN EXPO ’83 OUT OF THE 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: The amount of Six Hundred Pesos (P600.00) is hereby appropriated for the Balikatan sa Kaunalran Expo ’83 out of the 20% IRA under the Barangay Brigades allotment.

SECTION 2: That the amount of Three Hundred Pesos will be used for the registration of Balikatan sa Kaunlaran Municipal Chapter and the amount of Three Hundred Pesos (P300.00) will be used for the Souvenir Program for BSK Directory and Municipal Official Directory.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval of the Provincial Development Officer, MLG, Province of Bohol.

After due deliberation.

Let Copies be furnished, the Provincial Development Officer, MLG, Tagbilaran City thru the Municipal Development Officer and the Municipal Treasurer for their appropriate action.
