AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED PESOS (P300.00) OUT OF THE 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR THE LADP FUND CAMPAIGN TICKETS.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of Three Hundred Pesos is hereby appropriated out of the 20% development fund for LADP fund campaign tickets.

SECTION 2: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.

LET COPIES BE FURNISHED, the Provincial Development Officer, MLG, City of Tagbilaran and the Municipal Treasurer, Maribooc, Bohol for their appropriate action.
