AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE IMPOSING TAXES ON STORES, RETAILERS, SIGNBOARDS AND BILLBOARDS, GAMECOCKS AND OTHER PURPOSES IN BARANGAY LINCOD, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Sec.1 – That the Barangay Ordinance of Lincod imposing taxes on stores, retailers, signboard, billboards, gamecocks and for other purposes was submitted for review and approval.

Sec. 2 – That this particular imposition of taxes within the jurisdiction of Lincod, Maribojoc, Bohol is within the taxing power of the barangay.

Sec. 3 – That this ordinance takes effect on December 1 1989.
