AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ( P5,000.00 ) FOR THE PURCHASE OF SPARE PARTS FOR BOLOCBOLOC GENERATING UNIT OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS GENERAL FUND CY 1990.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Sec.1 – That the amount of P5,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the purchase of spare parts for Bolocboloc generating unit out of the unappropriated surplus of the general fund, CY 1990.

Sec. 2 – That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

After due deliberation

LET copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer thru the Municipal Budget Officer and Municipal Treasurer for kind approval and consideration.
