AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF STEEL FILING CABINETS AND ADDING MACHINE FOR THE MUNICIPAL ASSESSOR’S OFFICE OUT OF THE EXCESS AMOUNT INTENDED FOR THE PURCHASE OF WEIGHING SCALES.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That an amount of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the purchase of Steel Filing Cabinets and anadding machine for the Municipal Assessor’s Office out of the excess amount intended for the purchase of weighing scales.

SECTION 2: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.
