AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P2,400.00 OUT OF THE 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR THE EXPENSES OF THE MUNICIPAL SECRETARY/MDC TO ATTEND A SEMINAR WORKSHOP IN BAGUIO CITY PURSUANT TO LOT 506 TO BE HELD ON OCTOBER 24-29, 1983.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That an amount of P2,400.00 is hereby appropriated for the expenses of the Municipal Secretary / MDC to attend a seminar-workshop in Baguio City pursuant to LOI 506 to be held on October 24-29, 1983.

SECTION 2: That the amount of P2,400.00 shall be taken out of the 20% IRA as provided in Memorandum Circular 1227.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.

LET COPIES BE FURNISHED, the Provincial Development Officer thru the Municipal Development Officer, Ministry of Local Government and the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for their appropriate action.
