AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FOUR THOUSAND PESOS ( P 4,000.00 ) OUT OF THE UNDER-ESTIMATED SPECIFIC TAX FUND FOR THE OPERATION OF THE BOLOC – BOLOC WATERWORKS PUMPING UNIT.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Section 1 – the amount of Four Thousand Pesos ( P 4,000.00 ) is hereby appropriated out of the underestimated specific tax fund for the operation of the Bolocboloc Waterworks Pumping Unit.

Section 2 – This amount is appropriated as additional fund in the maintenance of the operation of the pumping unit since the power consumption is increasing due to the demand of water supply in the municipality especially in Poblacion.

Section 3 – This ordinance takes effect upon approval.

LET COPIES be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran, Regional Director, Ministry of Budget, Cebu City for their appropriate action.
