RESOLUTION REQUESTING CONGRESSMAN EDGAR M. CHATTO TO RELEASE FUNDS FOR THE ASPHALTING OR CONCRETING OF THE SLOPING AREAS OF THE FOLLOWING PROVINCIAL ROADS OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL: 1.) KAYAMAN JANDIG SLOPING AREA; 2.) UPPER NAWANAO, BAYACABAC SLOPING AREA; 3.) TINIBGAN SLOPING AREA; AND 4.) PAGNITOAN-CANDAVID SLOPING AREA.

WHEREAS, we understand that Hon. Edgar M. Chatto is a kind-hearted congressman, that caters to the needs of his constituents;

WHEREAS, we consider this perrenial problem as very important to be immediately addressed, because a lot of motorists endure accidents, and will continually be suffering as such;

WHEREAS, we understand the limitations of budgetary allocations thus the reason of requesting only the sloping areas for concreting or even asphalting if concreting is impossible;

WHEREAS, for so many times, “anapog” surfacing had been undertaken, but the emergent problem persists ;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request Cong. Edgar M. Chatto to release funds for the asphalting or concreting of the sloping areas of the following provincial roads of Maribojoc, Bohol; 1.) Kayaman, Jandig sloping area, 2.) Upper Nawanao, Bayacabac sloping area, 3.) Tinibgan sloping area and 4.) Pagnitoan-Candavid sloping area.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to Cong. Edgar M. Chatto, Congressman 1st District of Bohol, Tagbilaran City for appropriate action and kind consideration;

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that copies of this resolution be furnished to Barangay Captain Brigido Panoga of Jandig, Barangay Captain Esmaelito Abecia of Bayacabac, Barangay Captain Melanio Arocha of Tinibgan and Barangay Captain Susano Ramirez of Pagnitoan and Barangay Captain Metodio Barbarona, Sr. of Candavid, all of Maribojoc, Bohol.
