RESOLUTION REQUESTING HON. M. A. MADRIGAL, SENATOR, PHILIPPINE SENATE, PHILIPPINE SENATE, MANILA, TO APPROPRIATE AND RELEASE AN AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ( P1,500,000.00 ) FOR THE CONCRETING OF THE SLOPING AREAS OF ( 1.) KAYAMAN-JANDIG SLOPING AREA ( 2.) UPPER NAWANAO-BAYACABAC SLOPING AREA ( 3. ) TINIBGAN SLOPING AREA ( 4 ) PAGNITOAN-CANDAVID SLOPING AREA, ALL OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, we understand that Hon. Senator M. A. Madrigal is a kind-hearted Senator, that caters the need of his constituents;

WHEREAS, we consider this perennial problem as very important, because a lot of “motorista” endure accidents and will continually be suffering us such;

WHEREAS, we understand the limitations of budgetary allocations, thus the reason of requesting only the sloping areas for concreting or even asphalting if concreting is impossible;

WHEREAS, for so many times “anapog” surfacing had been undertaken, but the emergent problem persist;

WHEREAS, quotation of the said request is herewith attached, as per computation of our Municipal Engineer;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request Hon. M. A. Madrigal, Philippine Senate, Pasay City, Manila, to release funds for the concreting of the following areas of the municipality, ( 1.) Kayaman-Jandig sloping area; ( 2.) Upper-Nawanao, Bayacabac sloping area; ( 3. ) Tinibgan sloping area; ( 4. ) Pagnitoan-Candavid sloping area, all of Maribojoc, Bohol;

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, as it is hereby resolved, to request Hon. M. A. Madrigal, Senator, Philippine Senate, Pasay City, Manila for appropriate action and kind consideration.
