RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER TO APPROPRIATE AN AMOUNT FOR THE PURCHASE OF ELECTRIC WIRE TO CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION OF THE FISHING SECTION TO THE MAIN BUILDING IN ORDER TO INCLUDE ELETRIC BILLS AT THE FISH SECTION IN THE MARKET POWER CONSUMPTION.

WHEREAS, there is a need to provide the proprietors of block tiendas and carenderias, fish vendors and the like all facilities that they need inside the Public Market;

WHEREAS, the fish vendors, in their request for lighting, provide their own facilities after a period of no action from concerned, and these fish vendors are paying the monthly electric bill;

WHEREAS, these lights are only used from 6:00 P.M to 8:00 P.M daily and the electric consumption usually amount to not more than P200.00 per monthly only;

WHEREAS, these fish vendors are looking forward for the time when the monthly electric bill be included as market electrical consumption and be free from such obligation;

WHEREAS, the fish section in the public market be given due attention in order to attract more fish vendors to sell their seafoods inside the public market;

THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Isidro Mirontos in their session duly assembled;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the Municipal Treasurer be requested to appropriate an amount for the purchase of electric wire to connect the electrical installation at the fish section to the main building in order to include electric bills at the fish section in the market electric consumption.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Municipal Treasurer, DILG, and MPDC all of Maribojoc, Bohol for information and consideration.
