RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INCLUSION OF SECTORAL REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE WOMEN’S SECTOR, AGRICULTURAL/INDUSTRIAL/LABOR AND THE YOUTH SECTOR IN THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL PER PROVISION UNDER SEC.41 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991, KNOWN AS REPUBLIC ACT. 7160.

WHEREAS, per provision under Sec. 41 OF the Local Government Code of 1992 known as Republic Act No. 7160 provides for sectoral representatives from the dominant sectors of the community in the Sangguniang Bayan;

WHEREAS, the sectoral representatives in the Sangguniang Bayan will represent their sectors so that the needs of the group will be ventilated in the local legislative body;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol after careful study and consultation has decided that the Women’s Sector, Agricultural/Industrial/Labor Sector and the Youth Sector will be represented in the Local Sangguniang Bayan;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to approve the inclusion of sectoral representatives from the Woman’s Sector, Agricultural/Industrial/Labor Sector and the Youth Sector in the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol per provision under Sec. 41 of the Local Government Code of 1991, known as Republic Act No. 7160.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Chairman, Commission on Elections, Manila thru the Comelec Registrar, Maribojoc, Bohol for their information, guidance and study.
