DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 01-2007 OF BARANGAY BOOD, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL, RE: ANNUAL BUDGET, C.Y. 2008 OF BOOD, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS VALID IT HAVING SHOWN SUBSTANTIAL COMPLAINCE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISION OF THE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2007 of Bood, Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriation and Finance and Committee on Barangay Affairs have studied carefully the aforecited Barangay Ordinance of Barangay Bood, Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the above-mentioned Committee, the Sangguniang Bayan were in the position to approve the aforecited Barangay Ordinance;

WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled to declare the Bbarangay Ordinance No. 01-2007, Re: Annual Budget C.Y. 2008 of Bood, Maribojoc, Bohol as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provision of the R.A. 7160;

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of Bood, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information.
