JABINES OF OZAMIS CITY; GLAXO THRU MRS. RIZA TABEL TUYAC OF TAGBILARAN CITYAND JT DRUG THRU MR. & MRS.FRANCISCO OLAER OF TAGBILARAN CITY TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, Mr. Pascual, Mr. Jabines, Mrs. Tuyac and Mr. & Mrs. Olaer were so kind generous on sharing UNILAB, PHIZER, GLAXO AND JT DRUG Medicines to the people Maribojoc thru the Municipal Government Project, FREE CLINIC to the different barangays;

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Maribojoc would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation on his tremendous support for the success of its first launching of Free Clinic in the Barangay Cabawan as its first recipient;

WHEREAS, Mr. Pascual, Mr. Jabines, Mrs. Tuyac and Mr. Olaer showed there humanitarian spirit by considering Maribojoc as beneficiary of UNILAB, PHIZER, GLAXO and JT DRUG products and thus looking for the welfare and progress of the constituents of Maribojoc;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to extend a heartfelt appreciation for the donation of Medicines rendered by Mr. Pascual of UNILAB, Mr. Jabines of PHIZER, Mrs. Tuyac of GLAXO and Mr. Olaer of JT DRUG to the people of Maribojoc, Bohol for their kindness and generosity.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be sent to all concerned.
