RESOLUTION REQUESTING ALL BARANGAYS OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL TO PROVIDE SEED BANK.

WHEREAS, seedlings ready for planting from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources are very insufficient in number to meet the need of all barangays;

WHEREAS, there is a need to produce our own seedlings in our own Barangay Nurseries;

WHEREAS, there is a need of seeds for propagation;

WHEREAS, seeds from consumed fruits may be utilized for the purpose;

WHEREAS, instead of throwing these seeds into wastes, these seeds shall be collected by boxes placed at every Barangay Nursery or at Barangay Hall;

WHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to request each Barangay to provide seed banks for their own use in the barangay;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all Barangay Councils, Department of Agriculture and DILG all of Maribojoc, Bohol for their information and guidance .
