RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE REALLOCATION OF POSITIONS IN THE REVISED POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLANS FOR THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the approved and adopted 1987 Position Classification and Pay Plans of the Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Bohol carries different position titles which needs to be revised and compliance to the provision of the Local Government Code of 1991;

WHEREAS, the position titles in 1987 Position Chart of Staffing Patterns of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol should be revised due to the devolved position of some National Agencies to the Local Government Unit;

WHEREAS, the revision of the 1987 Staffing Pattern particularly the position titles should be implemented with careful deliberation of the members of the Committee in order to assign all the Municipal Employees in their proper position based in their educational qualifications, Civil Service Eligibility, experience and capability on the job assigned to them so that all employees will be in their proper positions;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to request the Honorable Commissioner, Civil Service Commission thru channels, Manila for kind consideration and approval of the Staffing Pattern.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Honorable Commissioner, Civil Service Commission thru channels, Manila for appropriate action and approval of this request.
