RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL TO RELEASE THE AMOUNT OF THREE THOUSAND PESOS ( P3,000.00 )
TO DEFRAY EXPENSES OF DELEGATES TO THE DISTRICT I AGRICULTURE ACHIEVEMENT AND RECOGNITION DAY OF OCTOBER 23-24, 1992 TO BE HELD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CORELLA, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, this is an annual affair of the Department of Agriculture which envisions the highlight and exhibit farmer’s, fishermen’s and housewive’s outstanding farm products;

WHEREAS, there are different contests to be held such as: “PINAKA” contest, the housewive’s skills and ingenuity in the “COOKING AND SEWING” contest, the Farmer’s the Fishermen’s expertise in “BUSAL MAKING”, “ ASEXUAL PROPAGATION”, “NET MENDING” AND “HOOK TYING”. But more importantly, it also aimed at developing the youth sector’s creativity, innovativeness and adherence to agriculture in the “QUIZ BOWL”, “IDENTIFICATION”, “EXTEMPORANEOUS SPEAKING” and “ POSTER MAKING” contests;

WHEREAS, a “SEARCH FOR THE TWIN 4-H PRINCESS and “HARANA” for the for the farmers and fishermen will be also done to create social consciousness among the youth and reminisce and perpetuate the tension-braking melodies of our cherished Visayan Love Songs;

WHEREAS, as experiences in the past, by holding such activity, it further strengthen the ties, promote camaraderie and provide the effective “ give and take” learning among the participants with the Department of Agricultural employees as well;

WHEREAS, there shall be twenty three ( 23 ) delegates from the Municipality of Maribojoc coming from the Mayor’s Office, Sangguniang Bayan, MAO, MAFC Farmers, Fishermen, RIC and 4-H Sectors;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that we hereby authorized the Municipal Treasurer of Maribojoc, Bohol and further request the immediate release on the amount of three thousand pesos ( P3,000.00 ) to be taken out of the Management Tools Allocation.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy be furnished, to Mrs. Josefina B. Porlares, Assistant Municipal Treasurer, OIC, Maribojoc, Bohol; Atty. Mayor Jose E. Veloso, Municipal Mayor, Mr. Victor B. Ente, MLGOO-3, Mr. Ulysses A. Rule, OIC-MAO for their information and appropriate action.
