RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HON. LEONCIO B. EVASCO, JR., MUNICIPAL MAYOR, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH MR. ROLDAN A. LUSPOC, CHOREOGRAPHER OF THE SANDUGO FESTIVAL 2008..

WHEREAS, activities of the Sandugo Festival 2008 for the celebration of Bohol Day within the month of July had been prepared and announced to the different municipalities;

WHEREAS, Maribojoc LGU shall participate in one of the activities which is the street dancing;

WHEREAS, to have a worthwhile presentation Maribojoc LGU street dancing need to hire experienced and expert choreographer in the person of Mr. Roldan A. Luspoc;

WHEREAS, the hired choreographer shall collect a pay in the amount of Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00) for his services as stipulated in the contract to be paid in four (4) equal weekly installments in the month of July of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00);

WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled, to authorize Hon. Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr. to sign a Contract with Mr. Roldan A. Luspoc, Choreographer of the Street Dancing presentation of Maribojoc LGU in the Sandugo Festival 2008;

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to Hon. Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr., Municipal Mayor, Maribojoc, Bohol, Mr. Roldan A. Luspoc, Choreographer of the Street Dancing, Panglao, Bohol and Engr. Ma. Nenita R. Chiu, MPDC, Maribojoc, Bohol for their information and appropriate action.
