RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, ATTY. JOSE E. VELOSO TO ISSUE A MEMORANDUM TO ENJOIN ALL OFFICIALS, BARANGAY CAPTAINS AND EMPLOYEES TO SUPPORT ON THE DIFFERENT NIGHTLY ACTIVITIES IN CONNECTION IF THE COMING TOWN FIESTA ’92 OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, there is pending resolution which calls a wide and cooperative participation of all municipal employees and officials on the dancing at the court ’92;

WHEREAS, the celebration of the coming town fiesta involves not only the government sector, but as well as civic and religious sectors in the parish of Maribojoc;

WHEREAS, the citizenry of Maribojoc have yet a limited knowledge about the activities of this coming town fiesta; it is but imperative to inform them through the Municipal employees and the barangay captains;

WHEREAS, one of the highlights of the nightly activities in the Dancing at the Court ’92 sponsored by the Municipality of Maribojoc and this can not be participated without its publicity and information;

WHEREAS, the said Dancing at the Court ’92 affair will incur a big amount of money for the light, sound and orchestra services and printing of tickets and that all municipal employees and officials will be given individual ribbon or tickets as a gesture of support;

WHEREFORE, be it resolved that the town mayor will issue a memorandum to all municipal officials and Employees as well as the Barangay Captains informing them of the highlights of the town fiesta and exhorting them to support morally and financially the Dancing at the Court ’92 sponsored by the Municipality.

RESOLVED FURTHER, the copies of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the Mayor; the ABC President and all concerned for their guidance and information.
