ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P45,988.93 FOR ADDITIONAL COST OF LIVING ALLOWANCE FOR ALL MUNICIPALS OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIES OF THE MUNICIPAL ASSESSOR’S OFFICE AND INP ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTION FOR 1985 OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND IN CY 1985.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;
Sec.1- That the amount of P 45,988.93 is hereby appropriated for the additional Cost of Living Allowance for all Municipal Officials and Employees, supplies of the Municip[al Assessor’s Office and INP additional contribution for 1985 out of the surplus of the General Fund in CY 1984 with the following items;
Additional Total
1.) 10 SB Members at P 50.00 P 6,000.00
2.) 8 Officials at P125.00 P12,000.00
3.) Regular Employees at P100.00 P16,800.00
4.) 1 Day Care Worker at P 50.00 P 600.00
5.) Supplies – Assessor’s Office P 8,000.00
6.) INP addt’l Contribution for 1985 P 5,588.93

Sec.2- That the Cost of Living Allowance for the SB Members, Municipal Officials and Employees will be retroactive in the month of January, 1985.
Sec.3- That this ordinance take effect upon approval.
