ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P1,500.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF A GATE VALVE NO.4 FOR THE USE OF THE MARIBOJOC WATERWORKS SYSTEM OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND TO BE REFLECTED IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL BDUGET NO.2, CY 1985.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1- That the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P1,500.00) is hereby appropriated for the purchase of a gate value No.4 for the use of the Maribojoc Waterworks System out of the surplus of the General Fund to be reflected in the Supplemental Budget No.2, CY 1985.

Sec.2- That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

LET copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran, thru the Municipal Budget Officer and the Municipal Treasurer Maribojoc, Bohol for their appropriate action.
