AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P225,000.00) OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS, GENERAL FUND, C.Y. 2007 FOR THE DIFFERENT EXPENDITURES IN THE OFFICES OF THE LGU-MARIBOJOC, BOHOL FOR SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 4, SERIES OF 2008.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (P225,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus, General Fund, C.Y. 2007;

SECTION 2: Purpose.-The amount of Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (P225,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus, General Fund, C.Y. 2007 for the different expenditures in the Offices of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol, C.Y. 2008.

SECTION 3: Allocation List for Projects and Different Items:

1. Socio Cultural Activities (Non-Office Expenditures)– P100,000.00
2. IT Equipment (Mun. Engineer’s Office) – – – – – – 75,000.00
3. Other MOOE (Mayor’s Office) – – – – – – 50,000.00

SECTION 4: Sponsorship and Deliberation: This appropriation ordinance is sponsored and deliberated by the SB Members present during the regular session on Mass Motion.

SECTION 4: Effectivity.- This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
