AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P350,000.00) OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS, GENERAL FUND, C.Y. 2007 FOR THE EXPENDITURES OF THE DIFFERENT OFFICES OF THE LGU-MARIBOJOC FOR SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 5, SERIES OF 2008 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P350,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus, General Fund, C.Y. 2007;
