AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1, NO. 1 TO 11 OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 03, SERIES OF 2006, RE: AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 28, SERIES OF 2005, RE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF THE REVISED MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 13, SERIES OF 2000, SCHEDULED OF HIRING RATES OF HIRED WORKERS CHARGED TO PROJECT FUNDS (CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: The following hired workers with fix rate of daily wages in Municipal Ordinance No. 03, series of 2006 in the old schedule will be amended and increased in the amount of twenty pesos (P20.00) per day of service, to wit:

4. Mason 200.00 to 220.00
5. Ordinary Laborer 145.00 to 165.00

7. Electrician/Welder 200.00 to 220.00
8. Mechanic 200.00 to 220.00
9. Driver/Mechanic 180.00 to 200.00
10. Driver Light Vehicle 145.00 to 165.00
11. Operator Heavy Equipment 250.00 to 270.00

SECTION 2: REPEALING CLAUSE: Any provision of an existing ordinance inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance herewith is hereby deemed modified, amended or repealed.

SECTION 3: EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval and shall be retroactive on July 1, 2008;
