ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P1,000.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF FLOURESCENT PLAMPS FOR THE USE OF STREET LIGHTINGS AND REPLACEMENTS OF THE DESTROYED MERCURY VAPOR LAMPS OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND TO BE REFLECTED IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2, CY 1985.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1- That the amount of P1,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the purchase of fluorescent lamps for the use of street lightings as replacements of the destroyed mercury vapor lamps out of the surplus of the general fund to be reflected in the supplemental budget No.2, CY 1985.

Sec.2- That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

LET copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer and the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for their appropriate action.
