AN ORDINANCE ON SCHEDULE OF HIRING RATES OF HIRED TECHNICAL / SKILLED CASUAL EMPLOYEES CHARGED TO REGULAR ALLOTMENT FUNDS HIRED IN THE DIFFERENT OFFICES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: There shall be a fix rate of daily wage of hired technical / skilled casual employees charged to regular allotment funds hired in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol with the following categories, to wit:

a.) Building Official Aide – – – – – – P250.00 / day

b.) Management Information System Programmer – – – – – – P250.00 / day

SECTION 2: REPEALING CLAUSE: Any provisions of an existing ordinance inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance is deemed modified, amended or repealed accordingly.

SECTION 4: EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect and retroactive on July 1, 2008.
