AN ORDINANCE REVERTING AN AMOUNT OF SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (P60,000.00) OUT OF VARIOUS BUDGETARY ITEMS (MOOE) UNDER THE COMMUNITY REFORESTATION AND GREENING PROGRAM, INTO PURCHASE OF MOTOR VEHICLE FOR THE USE OF THE MUNICIPAL ENVIRONMENTAL AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE (MENRO) IN THE PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: APPROPRIATION AND SOURCE – The amount of Sixty Thousand Pesos (P60,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the various budgetary items (MOOE) under the Community Reforestation and Greening Program, funded by the 20% IRA Development Fund, C.Y. 2008;

SECTION 2: PURPOSE – The amount of Sixty Thousand Pesos (P60,000.00) is
appropriated for the purchase of motor vehicle for the use of the Municipal Environmental and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) in the program implementation in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;

SECTION 3: REVERSION OF FUNDS: The amount of Sixty Thousand Pesos (P60,000.00) budgeted under 20% – IRA Development Fund, C.Y. 2008 is hereby reverted out of the various budgetary items (MOOE) under the Community Reforestation and Greening Program in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;

SECTION 4: SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION. This appropriation ordinance is sponsored by the Sangguniang Bayan Members present and deliberated during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 4: EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
