RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGR. GABINO C. REDULLA, MUNICIPAL MAYOR, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL TO APPROVE THE AUGMENTATION OF FUNDS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2007 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the authority for the approval of the augmentation of funds is a necessary requirement for the approval of the Annual Budget as required by the Department of Budget and Management;

WHEREAS, it is the duty of the Sangguniang Bayan to ensure a sound fiscal plan and to optimize the utilization of resources within the Local Government Unit offices and department;

WHEREAS, the LGU-Maribojoc endeavors to have a balanced budget in each fiscal year operation;

WHEREAS, augmentation of funds must be done only from sources expressly authorized by law or ordinance and appropriation of the same shall at all times be acknowledged properly;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to authorize Engr. Gabino C. Redulla, Municipal Mayor, Maribojoc, Bohol to approve the Augmentation of Funds for Calendar Year 2007 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, to the Provincial Budget Officer for their guidance and information.
