DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 11-2001 OF DIPATLONG BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 9-2001 OF JANDIG AND BARANGAY BOOD SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET, C.Y. 2001 AS VALID PURSUANT TO R.A. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Barangay Ordinance No. 11-2001 of Dipatlong, Barangay Ordinance No. 9-2001 of Jandig and Barangay Bood Supplemental Budget, C.Y. 2001 for review and approval;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriation and Finance has studied carefully the above mentioned barangay ordinances;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan giving weight to the recommendation of the Committee on Appropriation and Finance has approved the aforectied barangay ordinances;

WHEREAS, the guidelines on the disbursement of funds issued by the Department of Budget and Management shall be strictly followed by the Disbursing Officer;

NOW ON MASS MOTION by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

BE IT RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to declare the Barangay Ordinance No. 11-2001 of Dipatlong, Barangay Ordinance No. 9-2001 of Jandig and Barangay Bood Supplemental Budget, C.Y. 2001 as valid pursuant to R.A. 7160;

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Councils of Dipatlong, Jandig and Bood for the information and implementation.
