DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 01-2006 OF TORIL, BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 18-2007 OF BOOD, BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 01-2007 OF PUNSOD, BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 01-2007 OF TINIBGAN AND BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 01-2006 OF BARANGAY POBLACION, ALL OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS VALID AS VALID IT HAVING SHOWN SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISION OF THE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2006 of Toril, Barangay Ordinance No. Ordinance No. 18-2007 of Bood, Baragay Ordinance No.01-2007 of Punsod, Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2007 of Tinibgan and Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2007 of Poblacion, all of Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval;

WHERERAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriation & Finance, has studied carefully the aforecited Barangay Ordinances of Toril, Bood, Punsod, Tinibgan and Poblacion, all of Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the abovementioned Committee, the Sangguniang Bayan were in the position to approve the aforecited Barangay Ordinances;

WHEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled

“To declare the Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2006 of Toril, Barangay Ordinance No. 18-2007 of Bood, Barangay Ordinance NO. 01-2007 of Punsod, Barangay Ordinance NO. 01-2007 of Tinibgan and Barnagay Ordinance NO. 01-2007 of Poblacion, all of Maribojoc, Bohol as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provision of the R.A. 7160”

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of Toril, Bood, Punsod, Tinibgan and Poblacion, all of Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information.
