DECLARING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. ___-2007 OF BAYACABAC, BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 07-2006 OF GUIWANON, BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 03-2007 OF TORIL AND BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 04-2007 OF CABAWAN ALL OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS VALID IT HAVING SHOWN SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISION OF THE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7160.

WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Bayan were the Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2007 of Pagnitoan and Barangay Ordinance No. 04-2007 of Punta Cruz as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provision of the R. A. 7160;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Appropriation and Finance, has studied carefully the aforecited Barangay Ordinances of Pagnitoan and Punta Cruz, Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHERERAS, giving weight to the recommendation of the above mentioned Committee, the Sangguniang Bayan were in the position to approve the aforecited Barangay Ordinances;

WHEREFORE, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved b y the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

“To declare the Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2007 of Barangay Pagnitoan and Barangay Ordinance No. 04-2007 of Barangay Punta Cruz, all of Maribojoc, Bohol as valid it having shown substantial compliance pursuant to the provision of the Republic Act 7160.”

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of Bayacabac, Guiwanon, Toril and Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and information.
