RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR THRU THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR TO SEND GRADER AND ROAD ROLLER FOR SPREADING THE ANAPOG AND REHABILITATION OF THE PROVINCIAL ROAD FROM SAN ROQUE TO TORIL, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, this provincial road from San Roque to Toril, Maribojoc, Bohol needs grader and road roller for spreading the anapog and rehabilitation of this provincial road;

WHEREAS, this provincial road is the most neglected among the provincial roads in the Province of Bohol;

WHEREAS, there are several passenger buses which are passing in this provincial road everyday and the anapog stock piles and the side of the road are dangerous and hazard to the vehicles and motorist every time this vehicles pass through this road;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request the Provincial Governor thru the Municipal Mayor to send grader and road roller in order to spread the anapog and correct the rugged portions of this road by using the grader and for smooth leveling the surface of the road by using the road roller before May 11, 1992.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Provincial Governor and Provincial Engineer, City of Tagbilaran for their appropriate action of this request.
