RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN, PROVINCE OF BOHOL TO TRANSFER WITHOUT COST THE ELEVEN (11) ASSORTED BOOKS TO THE MARIBOJOC MUNICIPAL LIBRARY, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL, GIVEN BY THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT THRU THE OFFICE OF PROVINCIAL LIBRARIAN.

WHEREAS, the Muncipal Library of Maribojoc, Bohol is a recipient of some books from the Office of the Provincial Librarian, Province of Bohol;

WHEREAS, the pupils, students and some residents of Maribojoc, Bohol need books for research and information;

WHERERAS, said books are under the care and custody of the Municipal Librarian;

WHEREAS, It is the desire that full ownership of the said books be transferred without cost to the Municipal Library thru the Municipal Librarian;

WHEREFORE, be it resolved, by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to request the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Province of Bohol to transfer without cost to the Maribojoc Municipal Library, Maribojoc, Bohol the aforementioned books.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the Provincial Librarian, Tagbilaran City and the Municipal Librarian, Maribojoc, Bohol for the information and guidance.
