AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF WATERWORKS PROJECT FROM THE FUND ASSISTANCE OF CONGRESSMAN EDGAR M. CHATTO IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol is a recipient of fund assistance from Congressman Edgar M. Chatto for the improvement of Waterworks Project in the Municipality of Maribojoc;

WHEREAS, to effectively implement of this Waterworks Projects, the Municipal Mayor has to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the DPWH-1 in the implementation of said project for the good of the constituents;

WHEREAS, the DPWH-1 is the lead agency in the implementation of the Waterworks Projects in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to authorize the Municipal Mayor of Maribojoc, Bohol to enter a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Public Works and Highways in the implementation of the Improvement of Waterworks Project from the fund assistance of Congressman Edgar M. Chatto in the Municipality of Maribojoc.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the District Engineer, DPWH-1, Tagbilaran City, Congressman Edgar M. Chatto, 1st District, Tagbilaran City and Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr., Municipal Mayor, Maribojoc, Bohol for their information and guidance.
