REQUESTING THE HON. SENATOR PANFILO M. LACSON, PHILIPPINE SENATE, MANILA, TO APPROPRIATE AND RELEASE AN AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION PESOS (P2,000,000.00), OUT OF HIS DISCRETIONARY FUND, FOR THE RENOVATION OF A BOX CULVERT BRIDGE AT POBLACION-KAYAMAN, JANDIG ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the box culvert bridge at Poblacion-Kayaman, Jandig Road needs to be renovated because the bridge is sinking into a low level of the creek;

WHEREAS, the Poblacion-Kayaman, Jandig Bridge should be repaired on the ground that it is the gateway to the mountain barangays of Pagnitoan, candavid, san Isidro and Tinibgan all of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, the barangays aforecited are the suppliers of the different native products as well as the root crops and vegetables for the town proper and the neighboring barangays;

WHEREAS, the box culvert bridge of Poblacion-Kayaman, Jandig is within the intersections of Poblacion-Bolocboloc Spring Road, Poblacion-Campos St. and Poblacion-Kayaman Road hence this box culvert bridge links to the different directions of the barangays;

WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol in their session duly assembled;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to request Hon. Senator Panfilo M. Lacson, Philippine Senate, Manila, to appropriate and release an amount of Two Million (P2,000,000.00), out of his discretionary fund, for the renovation of a Box-Culvert Bridge of Poblacion-Kayaman, Jandig Road in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy be furnished, the Hon. Senator Panfilo M. Lacson, Philippine Senate, Manila, for his appropriate action and kind consideration of this request.
