RECOGNIZING SK CHAIRMAN ALBRYANN ELLIOT M. REDILLAS, PRESIDENT OF THE PAMBAYANG PEDERASYON NG MGA SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN, AS EX-OFFICIO MEMBER OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman Albryann Elliot M. Redillas of Barangay Lincod, assumed as President of the Pambayang Pederasyon ng mga Sangguniang Kabataan of Maribojoc, Bohol being elected last November 8, 2007;

WHEREAS, Section 438 of the Local Government Code of 1991 provides that the elected Pambayang Pederasyon President of the Sangguniang Kabataan shall serve as an ex-officio member of the Sangguniang Bayan;

WHEREAS, it is imperative that his membership in the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc will be recognized to legalize his representation in the said body;

WHEREAS, his membership in the Sangguniang Bayan will end until the end of his term as ABC President as mandated by the existing laws;

WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to recognize Hon. Albryann Elliot M. Redillas, President of the Pambayang Pederasyon ng mga Sangguniang Kabataan, as Ex-Officio Member of the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol;

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished, to all concerned.
