AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P150.00 FOR THE EXPENSES OF DELIVERY AND HANDLING OF THE SUPPLIES, MATERIALS AND OTHER HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT TO THE MARIBOJOC MEDICARE HOSPITAL.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

Section 1 – The amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ( P150.00 ) is hereby appropriated from any available unappropriated amount to be made available for the expenses of delivery and handling of the supplies, medicines, beds and other hospital equipment for the Maribojoc Medicare Hospital at Bayacabac, Maribojoc.

Section 2 – This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

After due deliberation

RESOLVED, that the foregoing Municipal Ordinance No.22, series of 1975 be and hereby is approved, furnishing copies,

THEREFORE, the Municipal Teasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol and other authorities concerned for their information and appropriate action.
