APPROPRIATION THE AMOUNT OF P 160,121.40 FOR THE SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS OF THE INFORMATION OFFICER IN THE 2002 PLANTILLA OF PERSONNEL OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR OUT OF THE ABOLISHED POSITION OF THE ASSISTANT MUNICIPAL TREASURER AT THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER’S OFFICE.

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol in their session duly assembled that:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of One Hundred Sixty Thousand Twenty One Pesos and Forty Centavos (P160,121.40) out of the abolished position of the Assistant Municipal Treasurer in the 2001 Plantilla of Personnel of the Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Bohol is appropriated as Supplemental Budget C.Y. 2002 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of One Hundred Sixty Thousand One Hundred Twenty One Pesos and Forty Centavos (P160,121.40) is hereby appropriated for the salary and other benefits of the Information Officer II Grade 15 in the Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Bohol, C.Y. 2002.

SECTION 3. Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on mass motion by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan present and was deliberated during the regular session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayan.

SECTION 4. Effectivity.- This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
