AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS ( P290,000.00 ) FOR COLLECTIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT ( CNA ) INCENTIVE BONUS FOR THE RANK AND FILE EMPLOYEES TO BE TAKEN OUT FROM THE SAVINGS OF THE MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES ( MOOE ) FOR C. Y. 2006 UNDER THE GENERAL FUND IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sanggguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1 – APPROPRIATION. The amount of Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos ( P290,000.00 ) out of the Savings of the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses ( MOOE ) C. Y. 2006 under the General Fund in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol is hereby appropriated.

SECTION 2 – PURPOSE. The amount of Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (P290,000.00 is hereby appropriated for Collective Negotiation Agreement ( C N A ) Incentive Bonus of the Rank and File Employees for the Year 2006.

SECTION 3 – Every Rank and File Employees shall receive an amount of P 10,000.00 as Collective Negotiation Agreement ( C N A ) Incentive Bonus for the Year 2006.

SECTION 4 – SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION. This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sanggguniang Bayan Members and was deliberated by those present during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 5 – EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
