AN ORDINANCE REALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P750,000.00) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SWIMMING POOL AT PUNTA CRUZ, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOUVENIR SHOP AND FENCING AT THE PUNTA CRUZ WATCH TOWER PLAZA AND PARK ( FRONT PORTION ).

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sanggguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1 – APPROPRIATION AND SOURCE: The amount of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P750,000.00) from the Construction of Swimming Pool at Punta Cruz, Maribojoc, Bohol be realigned and hereby appropriated for C. Y. 2006 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2 – PURPOSE: The amount of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P750,000.00) is hereby appropriated , to wit:

a.) Construction of Souvenir Shop ………………… P600,000.00
b.) Fencing at the Punta Cruz watch Tower

Plaza and Park – front portion … ………150,000.00

P 750,000.00

SECTION 3 – SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION: This appropriation ordinance was sponsored by on Mass Motion by the Sanggguniang Bayan Members and deliberated during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 4 – EFFECTIVITY: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
