AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS AND FIFTY CENTAVOS (P461,850.50) OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, C.Y. 1994 FOR THE INCREASE OF SALARIES OF THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES PURSUANT TO DBM CIRCULAR NO. 54 RETROACTIVE FROM JANUARY 1, 1994 TO DECEMBER 31, A994 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that;

SECTION 1: That the amount of Four Hundred Sixty One Thousand, Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos and Fifty Centavos (P461,850.50) is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, C.Y. 1994 for the increase of salaries of the Municipal Officials and Employees and other expenditures pursuant to DBM Circular No. 54 retroactive from January 1, 1994 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2: Hereunder is the itemized expenses for the increase of salaries and other expenditures in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol, to wit:
