MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE IMPOSING RENTAL FEE FOR THE USE OF PUNTA CRUZ TOURISM HALL, PLASTIC CHAIRS AND PLASTIC TABLES OWNED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL FOR MAINTENANCE PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the Local Government Unit of Maribojoc owns the Punta Cruz Tourism Hall, plastic chairs and plastic tables for the different functions and activities of the LGU;

WHEREAS, other government agencies and private sectors avail of the use of the Punta Cruz Tourism Hall, plastic chairs and plastic tables for their functions and activities.

WHEREAS, these government facilities need maintenance for their operation and use;

NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol, as follows:

SECTION 1: There shall be a fee to be imposed for the use of the following properties of LGU-Maribojoc, to wit:

a.) For the use of the Punta Cruz Tourism Hall

For the 1st 2 hours P 800.00
After 1st 2 hours P 250.00/hr.
After 2nd 2 hours P 200.00/hr.
And so on P 150.00/hr

b.) For the use of the Plastic Chairs:

Use of plastic chairs – P 5.00/pc.

c.) For the use of the Plastic Tables

Use of plastic tables – P20.00/pc.

SECTION 2: The users shall first secure permission from the Municipal Mayor before arranging the payments to be made in the Municipal Treasurer’s Office for disposition

SECTION 3: Payment shall be made before the use of the above-mentioned facility.
SECTION 4: The Mayor shall formulate measures to carry out the effective implementation of this ordinance.

SECTION 5: Penal Clause:. Any violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined of not less than P1,000.00 but not more than P1,500.00 or an imprisonment of not less than one (1) week but not more than 2 weeks at the discretion of the court.

SECTION 6: Effectivity: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
