AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P91,000.00 OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS GENERAL FUND, C.Y. 2006 FOR THE EXPENSES OF MAY 14, 2007 LOCAL ELECTIONS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: Appropriation: The amount of Ninety One Thousand Pesos (P91,000.00) out of the unappropriated surplus General Fund, C.Y. 2006 is hereby appropriated.

SECTION 2: The amount of P91,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the expenses of May 14, 2007 Local Elections in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3: The amount of P91,000.00 is for the following items, to wit:

1. Honorarium of the Board of Canvassers and Support Staff.
2. Materials and supplies to be used during the canvassing.
3. Food supply for the canvassers and support staff.
4. Miscellaneous expenses relative to the canvassing.

SECTION 4: Sponsorship and Deliberation: This appropriation ordinance was sponsored by
Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members and was deliberated by those present during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 5: Effectivity: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

Let copies be furnished the Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru the Provincial Budget Office, Tagbilaran City for review and approval.
